Since 2001, I have been wholeheartedly dedicated to caring for children of all ages, finding joy in witnessing their growth, confidence-building, and exploration of the world through play. My passion for early childhood education inspired me to earn a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, with a minor in Special Education, and later, a Master’s degree in Leadership Development. Together with my husband, Mr. Hege, as co-owners of Shannon’s Exclusive Child Care, we are devoted to creating a nurturing, enriching environment where every child can thrive and reach their fullest potential.

Our approach at Shannon’s is centered around our core values: Love, Nurture, Equip. As a mother of four and an experienced educator, I understand the importance of creating a safe, loving environment where children are nurtured and equipped with the skills they need to thrive. My husband and I have raised two girls and two boys and know firsthand the challenges of balancing a busy family life. While our lives have slowed down from the days of choir, band, basketball, and track meets, our commitment to supporting families like yours remains unwavering.
